💫 Return & Exchange Policy

Not vibing with your order? We get it.

You’ve got 7 days from the time your goodies land to request a return or exchange. We keep it easy — just make sure the item is:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Tags intact
  • Packed in the original wrapping
  • With your order confirmation or invoice

Slide into our inbox at hello@tigerandtoucan.com to start the process.
Once we give you the go-ahead, you can ship it back.
Heads up: don’t send anything without checking in — we can’t accept surprise returns.

We’ll need your return to reach us within 15 days of delivery.
Put your Name + Order ID on the package, loud and clear.


🚫 What’s Not Returnable?

Some items are a one-way street:

  • Customized or personalized stuff
  • Items bought on sale or with a promo/gift card
  • Accessories, gift boxes, or add-ons (unless they arrive looking rough)

😬 Received Something Off?

Oof. If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or anything less than perfect — email us within 24 hours with an unboxing video.
We’ll fix it, promise.


🔄 Wanna Exchange?

Easy fix:

  1. Email us for approval
  2. Return the item
  3. Get store credit
  4. Use that to place a fresh order

Couple of things to note:

  • Return shipping = your responsibility
  • Exchanges take around 10–15 working days
  • Custom items? Can’t exchange those

❌ Order Cancellations

Change of mind? Totally cool — if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Cancelled prepaid orders will be refunded as store credit to your Tiger and Toucan wallet.
Custom orders can’t be cancelled, though. No exceptions.


💸 Refunds

Once your return hits us and passes quality check, we’ll shoot over your store credit — valid for 365 days.

Refunds are for product value only.
Shipping charges (both ways) aren’t refundable, just keeping it transparent.

🚚 Shipping Things

We pack and dispatch fast, but once it’s with the courier, delays are out of our hands.
We’ll request priority service when we can, but delivery timelines are estimates, not promises.


🌍 International Orders

  • Taxes, duties, and customs fees = customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping charges will show up at checkout
  • If the parcel returns to us (because of unpaid duties or delivery issues), re-shipping costs will apply.

All legal stuff falls under Indore (M.P.), India.
