All products are offered subject to availability. Prices, designs, and descriptions may change at any time without prior notice. We’re not obligated to honor any pricing errors or product inaccuracies.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order without giving a reason. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect details submitted by you.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery) unless explicitly mentioned. In case of payment failure, we’re not obligated to hold or reserve stock.

5. Shipping

We dispatch orders within 1–5 working days. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Refunds are only provided as store credit. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping must be borne by the customer.

  • Items on discount, customized, or marked final sale are non-returnable.

  • We reserve the right to decline any return that doesn’t meet our policy.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. We do not offer cancellations or modifications after payment is confirmed. If an item is unavailable post-purchase, we will issue store credit.

8. Product Colors & Sizing

We try to display product colors and sizes as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screens and devices, there may be slight variations. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or complaints.
